    • A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

    • Reservations are subject to availability, and the rate quoted at the time of booking is valid only for the specific dates and room type selected.

  2. Check-in and Check-out:

    • Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM.

    • Check-out Time: By 12:00 PM (noon).

    • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date are free of charge.

    • Cancellations within 48 hours of the check-in date or no-shows will incur a charge equal to one night's stay.

    • Special rates or promotional offers may have different cancellation policies. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.

  4. Payment Terms:

    • A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking.

    • The full payment for your stay may be charged at check-in or in advance, depending on the rate type.

    • All applicable taxes and service fees will be added to your final bill.

  5. Extra Bed Policy:

    • Extra beds are available upon request and are subject to availability.

    • Additional charges apply for extra beds. Please refer to the specific room details for more information.

  6. Child Policy:

    • Children under 5 years old stay free when using existing bedding.

    • Children between 5 and 12 years old may incur additional charges for extra beds or meals.

    • Children over 12 years old are considered adults and will be charged the full adult rate.
